My African Grey and B&G Macaw love JUST SPROUT Variety Pack. I alternate these with the sprouting seeds and grains. They enjoy eating many items. They also like raw fruits and vegetables with meat and fish and egg. I steam all of the fresh proteins. No oils . Colleen P.
