This 9-compartment welcome box is perfect for introducing a new bird into your home. Birds can often be shy of unfamiliar items, so introducing new things gradually—in small doses—helps them explore and adapt more successfully.

When we brought home our Peter, it took him two weeks to even take a treat through the bars. During those initial weeks, we focused on keeping him enriched while he adjusted by offering new items in his foraging tray. We hope this sampler can serve as a one-stop shop for you and your feathered friend. These items are often difficult to find in smaller quantities and nearly impossible to source all in one place.

• Not suitable for larger birds: Larger birds may be able to chew apart the plastic pieces. If gifting this to a larger bird, avoid including the assortment of plastic beads or stainless clips (depending on beak strength).
